House Espresso

Our House Espresso was designed to be an easy-drinking, sweet and approachable coffee. It’s built to shine in a flat white or cappuccino, while still being delicious enjoyed as an espresso.

The flavour starts with a rich milk chocolate body, followed by a sticky caramel sweetness and finishing with a juicy little kick of red fruit.

This coffee comes from Nariño, Colombia, where the goal is to create stable and sustainable prices for community farms through improved quality control, shared knowledge and stronger connections to the specialty coffee market.

The co-operative represents the producers and works closely with us as roasters to create a more sustainable value chain. They buy the coffee from farmers both wet and in parchment, taking responsibility for the drying process themselves. This reduces the risk of quality being affected by environmental conditions and helps ensure farmers are paid fairly and consistently throughout the year.
